FAQ:
Q: What does the your field look like?
A: Take a 100 yard football field and divide it into thirds. A regular field is then about 35
yards wide and the normal width of a football field long (Approximately 60 yards.) It
may seem small at first, but run up and down a few times and you'll wish it was
smaller. You can get a maximum of 2 first downs (2 cones for a first) before scoring on
a field.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: BDSL provides all the various items you would need for a flag football game including:
Equipment- 3 part pull away flags, Footballs and Jerseys.
Fields- We reserve your times and fields are lit at night
Supervision- Referees will join you at every game.
You may want to bring cleats/ turf shoes. Don’t forget your ID for drinks after
the game.
Q: Ok I’m signing up! What if I need to change my roster?
A: Roster changes are allowed until the last week of any BDSL season. Flag
Football rosters should never be more than 15 players. A rostered player can
ONLY be eligible for the playoffs if s/he has played in 2 separate games.
Q: How & When do I register?
A: You can register online or you can print the form and bring it to the host
facility. Registration opens approximately 6 weeks before the league starts.
Q: How much to be a part of this?
A: Coed $375 l Men’s $420
This will get you in the league, 7 weeks of football action & an end of season
party.
Q: End of Season Party?!
A: At the end of the league we invite all players for the entire sports season &
their guests to celebrate, get down & play Flip Cup at our Sponsor Bar….with
drink specials of course!
